Refund policy

All returns and exchanges must be arranged solely through Bri with Fencepost & Co. 


ONLINE ORDERS 

All online orders must be returned within 7 days after receiving item. 

ALL items must have original tags attached and in unworn / new condition. Customer IS responsible for return shipping AND restocking fee for a refund back on their card. 

Items returned for exchange / store credit will be waived for restocking fee. 


EVENT / POP UP PURCHASES 

All purchases at events are SALES FINAL. 

NO REFUND, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. 


PURCHASED AT THE Shoppes in Canby 

Items purchased at the Shoppes may only be returned for a IN STORE CREDIT or exchanged for another item (customer is responsible for price difference). 


Refunds to cards may take 2-3 business days to process before money is returned to card.
